Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene (max. 7 Personen)\n\nWheel-thrown and assem
bled sculpture. This workshop will focus on creating sculpture from wheel-
thrown elements. We will explore a number of forms on the wheel that can b
e used as modules to create a larger more complex sculpture. These forms i
nclude spherical\, half-spherical\, cylindrical and conical shapes. These
shapes can be made repeatedly in various sizes so that once combined the s
culpture may convey movement or directional change. We will combine each m
odule by cutting and joining them at the leather hard stage. The technique
s used in this process are important for making perfect joints that will w
ithstand the drying and firing process. This process is important not only
for technical aspects but also for aesthetical reasons.\n\nWe will also t
ouch on creating a dialogue between elements or group of elements. This di
alogue allows the maker to convey to the viewer an idea\, feeling or conce
 pt.\n\nVoraussetzung: Good turning skills / Gute Drehkenntnisse.\n\nUnterr
